Partner program

20% of everything the client pays us, not just the first invoice. On a $5,000 contract, $1,000 for you, wired as soon as they have paid us. You do not need to have a company.

The math

## What one referral earns you.

The commission applies to everything the client pays us over their first twelve months, not just the first invoice.

20% of our revenue for twelve months, with no cap on the number of clients.

What you earn

Make an intro

How it runs

## From the intro email to the wire transfer.

Only 2 things to do: the lead declaration form, and the intro email.

01

the company name

its website or Maps listing

the contact to talk to

what you know about their need

### You send us the referral

The form at the bottom of the page, two minutes. It timestamps your declaration. One condition only: it has to reach us before our first exchange with the company.

02

not already in our CRM

deal assigned for 12 months

### We check one thing, and one thing only

That the company was not already in our CRM. If it was, we tell you, with the date, and the deal is not commissionable. Otherwise it is yours for twelve months: go ahead without waiting for us.

03

your email to the contact

referral@scalon.fr in copy

we take it from there

### You make the intro, we take it from there

One email to the contact, with [referral@scalon.fr](mailto:referral@scalon.fr) in copy. Three lines are enough, and that is the step that validates the deal: we never write first. The rest is our job.

04

the client pays us

we send you the statement

wire transfer within 30 days

### The client pays, you get paid

Once the payment clears, we send you a statement. You send back your invoice, or a fee note if you do not have a company, and we wire within thirty days. A contract signed but unpaid gives rise to nothing.

The recap

## What we do, ready to reuse.

Enough to introduce us without rereading the site. Copy it as is.

Prospecting works fine today when you are looking for people: if you want the sales directors of the 100 largest companies in the country, LinkedIn is the best database to find them in. The moment you have to prospect the physical world, stores, workshops, service locations, restaurants, auto shops, businesses with an address and a storefront, the usual tools stop working. Teams either buy poorly qualified databases, or spend hours searching and qualifying businesses by hand on Google Maps, their websites, reviews, directories and so on. The problem is that business registries and classification codes describe an administrative status, not a commercial reality. Scalon builds files of qualified leads by reading what is actually on the ground: storefront photos, websites, reviews, menus, press and trade directories. We then extract the signals that matter most, to pinpoint the businesses that match your offering. Example: you sell premium spirits in Chicago? We pull out the 838 bars and restaurants that run a cocktail menu with no happy hour: a margin to defend, therefore a reason to listen to you. So you do not simply receive a database: you get the accounts to prospect, why they are interesting, and arguments for calling them. Results: Outbound revenue ×3, from signals that are genuinely predictive Prospecting and qualification time ÷2, by filtering out the false prospects Usable accounts ×2.7, by finding prospects that are invisible in the standard databases The site: https://scalon.fr/en

Questions

## What you are going to ask us.

Who can introduce a client? Anyone, private individuals included. A customer, a former colleague, a consultant, someone you met on LinkedIn. No screening, no application, no status to prove. One exclusion only: companies where you are an officer, a shareholder or an employee. Do I need a company to get paid? No. With a company or a sole proprietorship, you send us an invoice. Without one, a fee note is enough: your name, your address, the date, the amount. We wire the money, and you declare it as income. Either way it goes to you. Is there tax on my commission? The commission is calculated on the amount excluding tax that we collect. If you are registered for VAT, you add it to your invoice and we pay it on top. As a private individual, no VAT is added and you receive the net amount. Declaring that income is yours to handle, under the rules of your own country. I am an employee. Am I allowed to do this? Yes, and it is the most common case. Two caveats: check your exclusivity clause and your duty of loyalty, that part is not ours to judge. And if the company is your employer, one of its customers, or a supplier you deal with on its behalf, the answer is no. What validates my referral? Your intro email to the contact, with [referral@scalon.fr](mailto:referral@scalon.fr) in copy. The form timestamps your declaration but does not call for a reply from us: we reply in the thread of your intro. A prospect who receives an email from us without knowing you rarely answers. Introduced by you, almost always. How do you know I am the one who brought them in? By the date you sent it, and by your intro email where you are right there in the open. No tracking link, no cookie, no promo code: on our sales cycles, the sale does not start with a click, it starts with an introduction. How long is the deal assigned to me? Twelve months from your declaration. Without a signature in that window, the assignment lapses and you can refer the prospect again, which opens a new window. Signed in time, the commission runs over the first twelve months of billing. What if the client cancels or does not pay? Nothing is owed on what has not been collected. A payment already commissioned and then refunded is deducted from later commissions. Is there a partner portal, a dashboard? No. It would show you three rows a year at best. The form sends us the referral, an email is enough to answer you, and you receive a statement every time a commission falls due. What exactly do you sell? A market map built to order: we count an entire local market, then read every business one by one to keep only the real targets, with the reason written on each row. You do not need to go further than this page: the recap above carries the full text, ready to paste into your intro, and the pages to have them read next.

The referral

## Make the intro.

Two steps, and only the first happens here. This form timestamps your declaration. Then you make the intro by email, with us in copy.

- We only come back to you if the company was already with us
- It is your intro email that validates the deal: we never write first
- Deal assigned for twelve months, 20% over the client’s first twelve months

Next, your intro email

Hi Mark, Connecting you with Valentin, from Scalon. They build qualified prospect lists for teams selling to stores and workshops. I think this could be useful to you. Valentin, Mark runs a food wholesaler. I will let you two take it from here.

Without that email, the deal stays declared but not validated.
